Another month, another update!<\/p>\n

I was surprised when I say how many cool things we managed to ship since our last product update.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We’ve added some new features for all of our templates (including Shopify and Manychat templates), but also some significant integrations.<\/p>\n

Here’s what’s in for Viral Loops users, from July and on.<\/p>\n

New features.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Import participants from a CSV file.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The best way to kickstart your Viral Loops campaign is to use an existing list of contacts. These people already know you and can act as your first referrers when you need them the most, at the beginning of your campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have a CSV file of these contacts, you can import them as participants to your campaign, so they start referring others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To do that, go to the Campaign Dashboard and click<\/span> “Import”.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Important: <\/u><\/b><\/span>Before <\/span>importing participants from a CSV file to your Viral Loops campaign, please make sure to read our documentation about it<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag referred customers on Shopify stores.<\/span><\/h2>\n

From now, whenever you have a purchase coming from a referral, it will be tagged as<\/span> \u201cViral<\/span> Loops Referred\u201d<\/span>, along with the info of the person who referred the purchase<\/span> (<\/span>\u201cReferred<\/span> by <<email>> with referral code <<refcode>>\u201d.<\/span>)<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Delete participants in ManyChat campaigns.<\/span><\/h2>\n

As in every template, <\/span>our users<\/span> can now delete participants in<\/span> their<\/span> ManyChat campaigns as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please u<\/span>se <\/span>this feature <\/span>with caution<\/span>,<\/span> and remember that even if the participant is deleted from the Viral Loops campaign unless their <\/span>custom fields are<\/span> cleared in ManyChat, the ManyChat flow<\/span>s<\/span> will still be sent to them<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So, in case you\u2019re testing and wish to opt<\/span>–<\/span>in again, you\u2019ll receive the error message that you\u2019re already a participant.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Emojis are <\/span>now<\/span> accepted <\/span>in<\/span> the content of<\/span> emails and <\/span>on the campaign <\/span>widgets<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

New Integrations.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hubspot.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The HubSpot integration now requires a Power plan or above<\/span> (n<\/span>ot<\/span> even available in Trial<\/span>)<\/span>. Users that had already set-up the integration can\u2019t edit it anymore before they upgrade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
